This Privacy Policy explains how Eco Network ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Eco Network mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

Eco Network operates a community mining network. For any privacy request, contact us at econetworkofficial.xyz@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Account data: email address, chosen handle, and display name (provided at sign-up).
Activity data: mining sessions, referral relationships, your watchlist, and in-app ECO transactions.
Technical data: a device/authentication identifier and basic technical information needed to keep your session secure, provided through our authentication and database provider (Google Firebase).

We do not collect your contacts, precise location, or personal files.

3. How we use your information

Create and secure your account and verify your email.
Operate the mining, referral, watchlist, and market features.
Prevent fraud, abuse, and multiple-account violations.
Communicate important service or security notices.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR applies, we process data to perform our contract with you (providing the App), for our legitimate interests (security and fraud prevention), and with your consent (e.g., optional rewarded ads).

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the App:

Google Firebase — authentication and database (data storage).
Railway — hosting of our backend server.
Advertising networks — only when you choose to watch a rewarded ad.

We never sell your personal data.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you stop using the App, we retain your data for up to 24 months after your last sign-in, then delete it — unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Security

Sensitive balances and mining logic are controlled server-side; the App cannot modify your balance directly. Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under the minimum age required in your country, e.g., 16 in parts of the EEA). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact econetworkofficial.xyz@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly. A parent or legal guardian may request access to, or deletion of, a child's data.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, use Delete my account or email econetworkofficial.xyz@gmail.com.

10. Deleting your data

You can delete your account and associated data at any time. See our Account & Data Deletion page for how.

11. International transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country (e.g., by Google or Railway). We rely on our providers' safeguards for such transfers.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
