Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your Eco Network account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

Open the app → Profile → Settings → Privacy → Delete account, then confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately.

Option 2 — Delete by email

Send an email from your account's address to econetworkofficial.xyz@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account.

What gets deleted

Your profile (email, handle, display name, country, bio, avatar).
Your mining sessions and ECO transaction history.
Your referral relationships and your watchlist.
Your authentication record (login credentials).

Timeframe

Deletion is processed within 30 days of your request. Backups are purged on our provider's normal rotation cycle.

Data we may retain

We may keep a minimal record for a limited time only where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud and abuse. Such data is not used for any other purpose and is deleted when no longer needed.

Children's data

The app is not intended for children. A parent or legal guardian may request deletion of a child's data by emailing econetworkofficial.xyz@gmail.com, and we will act promptly.
